Walk-In Cabinets
Walk-In Cabinets (WIC) are protective walk-in enclosures housing an integrated system of electronic components and equipment that can serve fiber and copper interfaces. The WIC offers a lighter weight alternative to concrete base station shelters providing a lower total cost of ownership. With the use of the Amphenol Thermal Management System as the closure’s main thermal system, the closed loop thermal solution requires no maintenance and offers energy savings over current concrete buildings and huts. The WIC houses multiple equipment racks suitable for customer supplied equipment. The WIC has four CTMS thermal devices mounted on the side walls, as well as a Intelligent Ventilation System (IVS). Motion-sensitive lighting units are mounted on the front and rear. Multiple exterior ground bars all connect to an interior master ground bar.

Managed WiFi Cabinet
Amphenol Modular Cabinets offer the ultimate in flexibility for outdoor enclosure deployments. Multiple standard bays can be mixed and matched into a multitude of different configurations to suit a specific application. The cabinet lineup can be built and shipped direct from our factory in the desired configuration. Additional bays can be ordered separately at a later date to be added in the field to accommodate growth.
